form of exercise that focuses on breathing, stress Belly Dancing: Are you looking for a way to “shake” things up? Look no further. Everyone can have fun participating in this class. It is great for all levels of fitness, and doesn’t require prior experience. This class will have you “shaking” up your fitness routine in no time! All fitness levels. Cardio Circuit: Cardiovascular workout with intervals focusing on muscle conditioning. Cardio Kickboxing: This is cardiovascular challenge complete with a sport specific warm-up, bouts of intense intervals, easy to follow combinations, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and cool-down. Beginners to advanced Pilates: Developed from the rehabilitation techniques of Joseph Pilates, this class is a safe, sensible exercise system using a floor mat or equipment, that will help you look and feel your very best. No matter what your age or condition, it will work for you. Pilates improves core strength, flexibility, agility and economy of motion. It can even help alleviate back pain and other chronic ailments. All fitness levels. Yogalates: A combination of Yoga and Pilates exercises. Not recommended for beginners. Zumba: Ditch the workout, join the party! The Zumba® program fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy-to-follow moves to create a one-of-a-kind fitness program that will blow you away.
