  • We offer supervised childcare. So you can workout stress free knowing your child is properly cared for. Working out with a friend or bringing fitness into the life of someone you know is rewarding, find out more here.
  • All senior citizens (over the age of 65) are eligible for 10% off their monthly membership dues.
  • This fast, “easy-to-follow” workout is great to do alone or with others. The circuit takes only 17 1/2 minutes and gives a great full body workout for beginners to veterans. Inquire at the front desk for more details.
